Join Our Team as a Graduate Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team in a home health setting. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement interventions to address client needs and goals.
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exam.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
