### Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at PruittHealth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in a home health setting, providing therapy and support to help them achieve their goals.

### Responsibilities

* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

### Requirements

* Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy
* Eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exam
* Ability to work in a home health setting
