Job Summary

The Lead Direct Support Professional at Caresense Living in Reading, Pennsylvania is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and coordinating the care of individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions in their homes. This role involves working closely with a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the care of individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality care and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop individualized care plans and ensure they are implemented correctly by the Direct Support team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred

This position reports to the Program Coordinator and is eligible for a salary of $19 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, this position is eligible for Caresense Living Health's comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and more.
