Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies and post-treatment care protocols, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care that addresses the whole person – physically, emotionally, and socially.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and progress reports, facilitating seamless communication and coordination among healthcare providers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Holding a current license as a Physical Therapist in the United States.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • Current BLS certification, reflecting a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the evolving needs of patients and the healthcare team.
