At Brain Balance Achievement Centers, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cognitive Behavioral Coach to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children with Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, ODD, Dyslexia, and Processing Disorders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism/ASD, ages 4-18, and possess a degree in a related field. They should be confident in dealing with difficult behaviors, knowledgeable in behavior management techniques, and patient and kind towards children with special needs.

We offer a part-time schedule, allowing for a great work-life balance, and a happy work environment with passionate colleagues. Travel is not required, as all sessions are done in-center.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Coach at Brain Balance, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and drive each student through our program
  • Assist children through various activities that stimulate the brain and create change
  • Work with clients who have worked in ABA Therapy or as line therapists, and education

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, along with benefits including 401(k), flexible spending account, health insurance, and paid time off.
