About the Position:
We are seeking a supportive and enthusiastic School Paraprofessional to join our team in Kaukauna, WI, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role involves working closely with teachers and students, providing classroom support and assisting students with varying learning needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment
• Support students with daily tasks, including organization and engagement in activities
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and staff to support students learning goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to students varying needs
