Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Zaxby's. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food production.

  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and efficiency.
