As a Barista, you will utilize your skills to craft and sell exquisite beverages according to our established recipes. This position is ideal for those eager to begin their journey in customer service or hospitality. Your responsibilities will be divided between our traditional coffee shop and the concessions area within the theater lobby. We provide comprehensive training for all roles and prioritize internal promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests at the Center.
  • Offer recommendations and respond to inquiries regarding beverage options.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism.
  • Serve guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages in line with the Center's quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including proper uniform and nametag.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all work areas.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be fully vaccinated by the date of hire, with a booster when eligible, unless a specific exemption has been approved.
  • Willingness and availability to work on-site.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum of 5 hours).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Barista in a busy, full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
