Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Minimum six (6) months of guest service experience required
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English
  • Be team-oriented and enjoy working with people
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above shoulders
  • Ability to regularly move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform duties which require bending & reaching
Work Environment:
  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a restaurant in a fast-paced environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise
