At Eden Rose, our leading client is seeking talented professionals to join their Capital Markets Department, specifically within the CMBS, CLO, and ABS subgroups. We are looking for mid-level and senior professionals who have a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in areas such as securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, and/or real estate. You'll need to be able to demonstrate your experience in one of these areas. While experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Law Degree
  • Strong background in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, and/or real estate
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Solid work experience in a reputable financial institution

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $430,000. The actual offer will be based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and the location from which they will be working.
