Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a Hospital setting in Hackensack, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Active NJ Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
