We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team at Stone Center for Living. This role involves managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manages the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Acts as a liaison between residents, visitors, and staff, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts when necessary
  • Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of facility policies and procedures
  • Assists with special events and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team
