Job Title: Commercial Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Driver to join our team at M3, Inc. The ideal candidate will safely operate a heavy-duty truck to transport materials and equipment to construction sites in Charlottesville and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Ford F450 truck to pick up materials and equipment from vendors.
- Transport materials and equipment to construction sites.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and report any maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently and possess physical stamina.
- Communicate with team members for timely delivery and pick-up of materials.
- Organize the storage yard to maintain proper inventory of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (CDL License preferred).
- Proof of Clean Driving Record.
- Ability to follow Department of Transportation and OSHA regulations.
Benefits: M3, Inc. offers a competitive salary, weekly pay, and direct deposit. Full-time employees are enrolled in company-paid Group Life and Short-Term Disability policies after 60 days. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are offered after 60 days, with M3, Inc. paying 60% of the medical premium. Other Supplemental Benefits, such as Accident, Critical Illness, and expanded Life Insurance, are also available at discounted rates.
PTO and Holidays: After 90 days of full-time employment, employees receive 6 paid Holidays and 40 hours of PTO after one year of full-time employment.
Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit: Receive weekly pay via direct deposit.
