Job Summary

Sharp Community Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to take charge of our Medical Assistants and elevate our patient care experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, primary care expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor Medical Assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, utilizing extensive knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, OSHA, and Cal-OSHA safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement patient care coordination and file maintenance strategies to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling interactions with patients, employees, and physicians with patience and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CA State Board LVN License and Current BLS Certification.
  • Previous experience in a Primary Care Medical office or clinical setting required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
