A skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse is needed to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Field RN with Providence Home Care of Florida, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities- Administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in Florida
- One year of nursing experience, preferred
- Acceptance of the philosophy and goals of Providence Home Care of Florida
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
- Current CPR certification, TB test, Health Statement/physical clearing to work, and eligible Level 2 background
