Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and increase sales
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded
    • Monitor and control inventory shrinkage and losses
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store finances, including cash handling and reconciliation
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure that they are within budget

 

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
