About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Dahl Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving parts required for repair, reviewing repair orders and work orders, and following warranty guidelines. You will also be responsible for adjusting, replacing, and repairing various series of makes and models, including sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/panel repairs, fabrication, and structural welding. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of job and technical skills, including truck manufacturer's repair process, and performing work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and resolve parts required for repair
* Review repair orders and work orders
* Follow warranty guidelines
* Adjust, replace, and repair various series of makes and models
* Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills
* Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

* Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus
* I-CAR Certification, preferred
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
