Experienced Server

We are seeking experienced servers and bartenders to enhance the guest experience at our full-service dine-in seafood restaurant and bar, Fiery Crab.

• Server Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell and recommend menu items to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
• Bartender Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.

• 2+ years of experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
