Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the hospital's medical-surgical and critical care units
- Respond to Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls and other in-house emergencies
- Conduct discharge follow-up calls and communicate with patients' families and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital medicine or critical care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
