We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to take on the role of Restaurant Operations Leader at our Dunkin' franchise. As a vital part of our family-owned business, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and secure environment for team members and patrons.
  • Uphold daily operational and cleanliness standards.
  • Implement sales strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Oversee labor budgets, food cost management, customer feedback, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage administrative duties including payroll, staff scheduling, inventory management, and operational assessments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in food service management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • ServSafe Certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various operational tasks.
