Summary: ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly facilities, is seeking dedicated Custodial Staff Members. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Sweeping and vacuuming carpets
    • Mopping and waxing floors
    • Trash collection and disposal
    • Sanitizing restrooms
    • Cleaning mirrors, walls, and furniture
    • Dusting and maintaining arena seating

Utilize housekeeping equipment effectively, such as brooms, mops, and cleaning solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work in various conditions, including exposure to dust and noise

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of safety procedures and equipment usage
  • Ability to follow departmental protocols accurately
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Demands:

This role requires regular movement throughout the facility, the ability to stand for long durations, and flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
