About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborating with other associates to achieve common goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are clean, and maintaining temperature control.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible to the needs of the business, working in other areas as required.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Food Safety Certification: A Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
