Job Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage the loan process from start to finish, supervise administrative roles for borrowers and seller transactions, and manage loan documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the real estate loan process from inception to closing using detailed workflows and loan origination systems.
  • Supervise administrative roles for borrower and seller transactions from contract to close, ensuring timely and accurate processing and underwriting tasks.
  • Aid real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders with requisite paperwork and ensure completion of all closing documentation.
  • Interface and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation and maintain effective communication on loan status.
  • Coordinate timelines with borrower's title companies, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
  • Understand loan documents, mortgage process, and loan origination systems to effectively manage workflows and identify risks.
  • Track outstanding items with stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information.
  • Assist leadership with preparation and distribution of loan level data and identify potential pitfalls in loan files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking and lending, with real estate experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
