As a Cardiovascular Technician PRN, your responsibilities will include performing emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedures – IAB and temporary pacer insertion, assisting in data collection related to cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, renal, and peripheral vascular status, and documenting findings and reporting abnormal or out-of-range results to physicians.
To be successful in this role, you must have one year of LPN experience with Critical Care course within one year of hire or one year Cath Lab experience or one year RCIS or CVT or Graduate of accredited RCVT program. You should also possess a Registered Radiographer (ARRT), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Respiratory Therapist - Non-Registered, State Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification.
