Job Summary

Genpact is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Patient Data Steward to lead our patient data governance efforts. This is a critical role that requires expertise in patient data operations, quality, and implementation of data governance.

The successful candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, specifically in patient or HCP/HCO data, sales & marketing data, financial, or product data. A strong understanding of patient master data concepts and OneTrust Consent and Preference Management (CPM) system is essential.

This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional leadership skills, including experience managing teams and executing assignments independently. The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex technical information effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance solutions that meet business needs, identifying and assessing data governance risks.
  • Patient Data Operations: Steward patient data, ensuring its optimal utilization and management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data product owners and engineers to support organizational data assets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; Master's degree considered.
  • Experience: Proven years of overall work experience in technical and service work areas in healthcare industry; lower years for Master's degree.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of patient master data concepts, OneTrust CPM system, and data governance principles.

The estimated annual base compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000. Please note that Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible for this role, while Danbury, CT area candidates are eligible only.
