As a Part-Time Night Auditor at High Hotels Ltd., your role will involve effectively representing the hotel to guests by addressing their needs with courtesy and efficiency. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, serve as a reliable source of information, and manage the balancing of revenue and expense transactions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of both hotel guests and team members.

This position primarily operates at the Hampton Inn on Greenfield Road in Lancaster, PA.

This is a Full-Time role requiring availability for five (5) days each week, specifically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Flexibility on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays is essential.

Weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday) come with a $2/hr. shift premium.

Starting Pay: $15.75/hr. - $16.75/hr. based on experience.

Key responsibilities for our Night Auditor include:
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Managing guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Executing night audit reports and postings.
  • Upholding hotel safety and security protocols.
  • Communicating hotel amenities and services to guests.
  • Maintaining daily operational logs.
  • Delivering express check-out receipts and newspapers as necessary.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Strong reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
