Part-Time Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team at High Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the safety and security of our guests and colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with the front desk team.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, posting and running night audit reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain the hotel's safety and security standards, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain daily logs, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
- Deliver express check-out receipts and newspapers as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle money accurately and maintain financial records.
- Reading, math, and communication skills.
- General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays required.
