Hospitality Host

At Sunrise, our Hospitality Hosts provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all visitors into our community. They will be greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing both internal and external calls, taking and communicating messages. Additionally, they will provide an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of our marketing and sales efforts.

• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
• General administrative duties
• Welcome and support the hospitality of a Sunrise community

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as being an organized record keeper
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to learn new applications
