Your Role as a Service Ambassador

A Service Ambassador, also known as a Host, plays a crucial role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You will engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server, showcasing our warm hospitality. Managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume ensures accurate expectations and sincere thank-yous as guests depart. Furthermore, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitization at various guest touchpoints.
