Position Overview: We are in search of a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on Personal Injury to enhance our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including negotiation, litigation, and trial, supported by a dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to apply their expertise in a fast-paced legal environment while enjoying a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of personal injury litigation cases, from initial investigation and pleadings to trial, settlement, and appeal.
2. Handle a variety of personal injury claims.
3. Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and engage in discovery processes.
4. Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
6. Perform legal research, draft legal documents, and fulfill other related legal duties as necessary.
7. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
8. Represent clients in court, advocating on their behalf and presenting evidence to support their claims.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Attorney in personal injury law.
4. Proven success in negotiating, litigating, and settling personal injury claims.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with clients, court personnel, and colleagues.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
7. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
8. High standards of professionalism and ethics.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
