Job Overview

As a Showing Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Refining clients' home criteria and selecting additional homes to show
  • Coordinating with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings in a timely manner
  • Providing clients with access to homes under contract for measuring, inspecting, and other purposes
  • Educating yourself on local communities and listed properties to knowledgeably answer clients' questions
  • Assisting clients in writing offers and closing the deal in a timely and smooth manner

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,500 at plan earnings, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Real Estate License or currently pursuing license required
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
