Job Summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and training to customers on our industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and training, approximately 70% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, schematic reading, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with computer programming languages such as VB, C/C+, or C#.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Microsoft Windows Operating system and PC experience.
  • Microsoft Office application experience such as Word and Excel.
