About the Role: As a Senior Meat Cutter at Walmart, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the meat department. Your expertise in meat processing and cutting will ensure that our members receive high-quality products that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless shopping experience for our members. Develop strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and support your colleagues in achieving their goals.
• Be an Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make informed business decisions and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Ensure quality and standards for high-volume meat products and eliminate waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area. Model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department. You must be 18 years of age or older and able to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if you receive the position.
