Meat Cutter and Wrapper

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Meat Cutter and Wrapper, you will be responsible for cutting and wrapping meat products according to established standards, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies and procedures, and ensure quality and date control standards for meat products.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, execute the basics at the highest level of quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
• Problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles head-on and ensure each task is completed with excellence
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, smile, greet, and thank members
