Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patients' communication skills, including speech, language, and fluency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in speech-language pathology.
- Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants and students to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
