Job Overview

At 801 Chophouse, we're seeking a skilled Broil Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Broil, grill, sauté, and pantry preparation to meet our guests' expectations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food delivery to each table.
  • Food Safety: Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
  • Quality Control: Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
  • Guest Requests: Meet special guest requests while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Attitude: Possess an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. as needed, and continuously use hands and arms.
