About The Position

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Ensure contracts include all necessary provisions related to scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and legal compliance.
  • Contract Management: Monitor contract performance, ensuring that all parties meet their contractual obligations.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and precon teams to align contract terms with project goals and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contract terms, project scope, and delivery schedules.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying any variances or potential overruns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and project financials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in construction contract administration, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, including AIA documents, FIDIC contracts, and other industry-standard forms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
