Key Responsibilities
  • Product Review and Validation: Conduct thorough reviews of products and documentation to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry specifications.
  • Quality Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement quality plans for new program development, ensuring that all necessary procedures and protocols are in place.
  • Customer and Regulatory Compliance: Evaluate new customer requirements and ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Internal and External Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with procedures and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems in-house and with customers, including field returns, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and participate in Kaizen/Continuous Improvement activities to drive quality excellence.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, or a BS degree in a related field.
  • Quality Assurance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, with experience in a related field.
  • Certifications and Training: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or willingness to achieve certification within 2 years, and Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
