Position Overview

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic cases
  • Completion of a technical training program is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Physical Therapist in delivering patient care and executing treatment plans.
  • Foster and maintain effective communication with patients, their families, and other departments.
  • Assist front office personnel as required.
  • Address patient inquiries to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure the proper care and upkeep of equipment while maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
  • Help with inventory management and supply stocking.
  • Collaborate with the director on special initiatives.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide assistance to all patients on the rehabilitation floor.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation and daily workflow of the clinic.
