Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Farwest Sports Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Accounting Office, assisting with daily sales and transactions, auditing, and filing.
Key Responsibilities
Auditing daily sales and transactions
Managing vendor physical files and e-files
Assisting with accounts receivable
Billing and tracking of Co-op Advertising
Processing retail deposits
Auditing and maintaining Petty cash
Special projects as assigned
Performing other duties as assigned with additional tasks as training progresses
Requirements
Cash handling experience a plus
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent email, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
Problem-solving and math skills - ability to handle simple and complex calculations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and follow established guidelines
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
Salary Description
$22-$26 per hour
