Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in accordance with production plans and Aramark standards.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and serving areas are clean and sanitized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the food service operation are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
