Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines, as well as providing preventative maintenance services to our customers.

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services, including fuel delivery and tire changes.
• Provide preventative maintenance services, including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers from all over.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
