Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Measures and weighs designated ingredients accurately.
  • Transports pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator while adhering to safety standards.
  • Stores food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined service steps.
  • Addresses customer concerns and communicates relevant information to supervisors.
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Adheres to all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Performs other assigned duties as necessary.
