Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for overseeing your assigned station, collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality food, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients, cook food according to recipes, and properly store leftover food
- Restock stations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and comply with all safety procedures
- Collaborate with your team to efficiently deliver high-quality food and provide exceptional customer service
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a full-service, high-volume food service environment
- Excellent knife skills, demonstrated experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Working knowledge of health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Ability to take direction, follow recipes, and work a flexible schedule with some weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic, customer-focused approach, and a team spirit
- Competitive pay starting at $20.00/hour
