Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000.

Job Description: As the Director of Operations, you will oversee daily operations of EDI's licensed recovery house and transportation. You will lead a team of certified recovery specialists and house managers to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating frontline staff; developing and implementing client programming; making decisions on client reengagement contracts; and reporting incidents internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent professional judgment, communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. A bachelor's degree in human services, counseling, or a related field is required, with a minimum of five years' experience working in substance use disorders. Supervisory experience is also essential.
