Recovery Housing Manager

Job Summary
The Director of Operations will lead our team of certified recovery specialists and house managers, overseeing daily operations and client programming. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for recovery services.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective client programming, promoting positive outcomes.
2. Recruit, train, and evaluate frontline staff, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
3. Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of critical incidents.
4. Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures, maintaining a healthy atmosphere of recovery.
5. Represent our organization at major programs and recovery community events, fostering relationships and promoting our mission.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in human services, counseling, social work, or a related field (Masters preferred).
2. Minimum five years' experience working in substance use disorders, including residential treatment or recovery housing.
3. Three years' experience in supervisory/management roles in substance use disorders.
4. If recovering from a substance use disorder, a minimum of five years of continuous recovery, actively engaged in a pathway of recovery.
5. If recovering from a mental health diagnosis, actively engaged in a pathway of recovery or under medical care.
