Compensation is competitive, with a potential annual salary of up to $46,500, alongside performance-based incentive bonuses paid biweekly and a monthly bonus program post-training.

As a Training Manager, you will take the lead in our Jiffy Lube locations, focusing on enhancing sales, managing expenses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include team development, facility upkeep, and upholding a high standard of professionalism. This role serves as a stepping stone to advance into the General Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
The Training Manager will oversee the overall customer experience and manage all operations at our Jiffy Lube centers. This includes:
- Fostering a culture of accountability and driving sales growth.
- Managing costs and ensuring profitability.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and developing team members.
- Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facilities.
- Safeguarding company assets and ensuring adherence to operational protocols.
The Training Manager is expected to meet organizational objectives by providing clear guidance and exemplifying a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management; automotive background is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing a profit and loss center.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Effective communication skills with customers and all organizational levels.
- Willingness to comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
