Job Summary:
The Automotive Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle service and repair experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Service Delivery: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Estimating and Parts Management: Accurately estimate repair costs and manage parts inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with customers regarding repair status.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, frequent bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, stooping, and walking.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ASE certification required.
- Other: Strong motivation, ability to learn and succeed, and proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
