Job Summary
You will be responsible for performing a variety of tire-related services, including repairs, replacements, balancing, rotations, and TPMS procedures. This role also includes general routine maintenance tasks, with ample opportunities for career advancement through ongoing training.

Responsibilities
- Assess repair order requests and conduct visual inspections of vehicles to determine tire service needs and necessary materials.
- Execute tire replacements and minor maintenance services.
- Install valve stems and tire-pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) as required. Mount tires onto wheel assemblies and inflate as needed.
- Test tire balances to ensure correct weight distribution.
- Conduct brief road tests to verify proper installation.
- Discuss service details with customers.
- Adhere to the Company Quality Control Program, Safety Policy, and comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training, or at least 6 months of experience as a tire technician.
- Familiarity with non-technical tire and automotive service processes and procedures, as well as software systems related to automotive servicing.

Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of tire and lubrication requirements and specifications.
- Proficiency in ProDemand & Identifix.
- Understanding of tire specifications, including the use of wheel balancers and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems.
- TIA Automotive certification is preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing training in tire service and general vehicle maintenance.
