We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Communicare. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals in need of mental health support.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their residences or community settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to arrange for medication evaluation, management, and monitoring.
- Utilize clinical supervision to ensure the highest level of mental health care.
- Manage an active caseload as directed by your supervisor.
- Meet all relevant standards and policies regarding patient care and documentation.
- Provide timely services and documentation as directed, meeting productivity requirements.
- Work efficiently in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Attend and conduct meetings and training as assigned, including crisis intervention and suicide prevention training.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining data as needed or required.
- Serve as a member of our treatment team, working closely with other programs to ensure continuity of care.
- Establish and maintain referral bases within the community.
- Master's Degree and licensure or certification in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or other related behavioral health care fields.
- Pass a Communicare background check and drug screen.
- Ability to perform the responsibilities of the position as described above.
- Ability to work independently and relate positively to individuals and their families.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the catchment area and to trainings and meetings as needed.
$37,000 Hourly Wage
